Love it!

This is the best chocolate shake. Taste is excellent, consistency is good and blends well and quickly in my shaker bottle. Also love the little "gifts" they add to my package everytime.

Low glycemic sugars

I like the taste and content of KOS plant protein including the small amount of added sugar from coconut palm sugar, monk fruit, and stevia.

Energy Boast

I have used KOS protein a couple times a day now for two years. I think the chocolate is the best. The consistency is great and the energy boast is constant. Interestingly the taste is not the same from month to month. But it is never unbearable, just different. And every time it maintains my blood sugar levels and gives me the energy I need without the a lot of carbs or cholesterol.

Not satisfied!

It is too thick for my liking. I have to keep adding water just to make it drinkable & then it is too diluted. It’s not a finely sifted powder.

What makes KOS different from other protein powders?

KOS is designed around real use. We use organic, plant-based ingredients chosen for taste, digestibility, and nutritional quality, without artificial sweeteners, fillers, or unnecessary additives.

How does the subscription work?

You choose how often you want deliveries: every 30, 60, or 90 days, and save 20% on every order. You can pause, skip, swap products, or cancel anytime in just a few clicks.

Is KOS protein a complete protein?

KOS is formulated using complementary plant proteins - including pea, pumpkin seed, quinoa, chia, and flax - that work together to provide all nine essential amino acids the body can’t produce on its own.

What's your return policy?

If you don't love it, we'll refund it. Simple as that. Reach out within 15 days of purchase and we'll make it right - no need to ship anything back.

Is KOS safe during pregnancy?

Our products are made with clean, organic ingredients, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before adding any supplement to your routine during pregnancy or nursing.
